I've always been fascinated by biology and the workings of the natural world. I enjoy reading about and researching scientific concepts within the field of biology, following my curiosity across different aspects of the subject. I work with many materials and for each project I use media which I feel will best convey the concept of the piece.

Background
​
Nicole Bishop is an artist currently based in Cumbria, UK. Nicole was born in Port Elizabeth, South Africa and lived there until moving to the United Kingdom in 2019. She began drawing and painting from a young age and studied Fine Art throughout high school.
Nicole studied Fine Art BA (Hons) at the University of Cumbria in Carlisle from 2019 - 2022.
